Discovery

Discovery is the process of establishing high-level requirements and effort estimates. The goal for our project team at this stage is to ensure that we have gathered enough information to feel confident in our estimates and to provide you with a realistic assessment of the project scope. This process can take one hour to several days depending on the proposed scope of the project.

Our focus in the financial services sector gives us an appreciation for the requirements and expectations of our clients, and enables us to provide well thought-out and responsible quotes.

The resulting documentation typically includes a formal proposal or statement of work outlining the deliverables of the project, including costs and timelines.
